Terms

By using Gentlemen's Recess you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The service

Gentlemen's Recess helps a group plan trips, keep score and remember them. The core app is free. We may add paid extras, like an engraved trophy or a Crew Pass; you'll always see the price before you pay.

Your crew, your content

You own what you add: names, trip details, scores, receipts and stories. You give us permission to store and show it to your crew, and on links you choose to share. Don't add anything you don't have the right to share, and keep it decent.

Money between the guys

Pay links open Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. We aren't part of those payments and can't refund or reverse them. Settle-up math is a helper; check it before you pay.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in to yourself. A commissioner can remove members from their crew. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep it running, including with no signal at the cabin, but the service comes as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, missed trips or arguments over the Cup.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
